Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds

At Brady's Gifts, we are confident you will be happy with the quality of our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products for a full refund (minus shipping costs). If you qualified for free shipping, the refunded amount will be the total cost of the products minus the shipping costs incurred from the initial order.

To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned within 30 days and in their original packaging. Additionally, products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our error
  • Any item with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gifts cards
  • Sale Items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment in 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customercare@bradysgifts.com.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. To exchange an item for the same item, email us at customercare@bradysgifts.com and we will respond with the next steps.

Shipping Returns

Please contact us at customercare@bradysgifts.com prior to shipping a return. Returns will not be processed without prior authorization. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
